Well, it hasn't been much of a vacation so far. The weather sucks and is NOT like July in Iowa at all!! It's been cool, rainy, windy...ugh! No fun lake stuff for us so far, and we go home tomorrow. Oh well, the view is wonderful, as usual.
Dad is enjoying his time here.
More later. I'm at an internet coffee house. And we're about to go find something fun to do!

ReplyDeleteDarn. You just can't count on the weather, and sometimes that can make or break a vacation. One of the reasons I stopped camping was because it rained every time I went. I was lucky with Myrtle Beach. Will I get lucky with Cape Cod? I haven't checked the forecast yet. Afraid of jinxing myself :) I'm glad your dad is having a good time. I hope you still found some fun. It was an experience anyway, right?
