Cinco de Mayo

Happy Cinco de Mayo to all my Hispanic friends and all y'all!! The Hispanic people I work with had a huge dinner last week to commemorate May 5th. We had to have it early because there's an insurance meeting at work today so our meeting room is being used.

The ladies made the best refried beans and we had tostados and chicken enchiladas! Fideo and carne con chiles. Pico de gallo and fresh avacado. Plus all the other trimmings you can imagine. It was awesome! For dessert we had Tres Leche cake. OMG, it was too good!

I think I must have been Mexican in another life. I sure dig that Mex food! And I love Mexico and the people. They are so friendly and polite! I was surely one of them in the past.

Oh and Doña Rosita Carmelita Lucita Dolores del Flores Mia Diva Saucy Salsa Josie Cuervo Hackeysack had donned her sombrero to wish you a Happy Cinco de Mayo!

    It was a message from Senor Smokey, wishing happy Cinco de Mayo to Senorita Rosita. He thinks she is "bonita."

    Happy Cinco de Mayo from Canada, where we don't seem to have much in the way of Mexican food or tradition. Your puppy sure looks Hispanic! ha ha :D

    Hello friend - any advice for two female goats in heat with no Billy ? Belle is mounting Bess and it doesn't seem appreciated. Any ideas ?
