The wireless connection is ticking away, the iPhone works on the wireless and the Bluetooth, the new laptop works on the wireless and I’m getting the hang of the new OS…but have a ways to go on that yet. I’m done doing techie things for a while. But I think I’ve staved off Alzheimer’s for a good long while…I should have chalked up lots of points against that in the past two weeks!
Monday is Odd Shots day.
Cheek to Cheek.
I wasn’t sure who was watching who when we visited the Omaha Zoo a couple years ago. He was in an outdoor enclosure and was looking at me thru a porthole-like window, while I was “caged” in a building. I think that was the idea of the zoo…the animals are outside and the people look at them from inside. There was just something sad in this guy’s eyes…he was dreaming of being wild and free, I’ll bet.
He definately has a pensive look about him~
ReplyDeleteAH he is so lovable looking, and yet so sad, I have never enjoyed the zoo's as it reminds me of an institution were one can't get out.Have you ever noticed how the animals never look that happy being caged up. There is no spark in there eyes.
ReplyDeleteOh yes, but you have an incredible shot there.
ReplyDeleteYou are miles ahead of me on the techie front. Hope you enjoy your new laptop.
ReplyDeleteThe look in these eyes is very contemplative - so much expression you've captured.
Pensive, that's a good word for it. I think he'd like to sit down and talk to you about the state of the world.
ReplyDeleteHey, what kind of laptop did ya get?
Personally I dont like zoos .. but I am glad you were able to get this shot . its wonderful
ReplyDeleteHow cute! I have one of a n orangutang (sp) like that!
ReplyDeleteI'm a little envious of your tech toys. Just saying...
ReplyDeleteWho can say we're not related to these primates? Look at his expression!
Hey, I got a new laptop too.. a Mac. Are you PC or Mac?
ReplyDeleteAnd where did you get that pic of my mother in law?
