...well, tomorrow I am. We're driving to Chicago this afternoon and we'll be on a plane tomorrow morning in the wee hours. We're staying at a hotel by the airport that offers "park 'n fly" so we can leave the car there for a week. It's a 4 hour flight and we're going first class! Woo hoo!
There are some perks to getting your return flight canceled! I think that's why they gave us the first class accommodations on the other flight. It shortened our trip by a day but we decided that when Air Jamaica gives us lemons, we're making lemonade! Our outlook is that we'll have an extra day before we have to go back to work to recoup from our trip. And I know me...I'll be missing Andy and the furbabies by then anyway!
Six glorious days in Jamaica! Wow...we've been planning this all winter and it's finally here! Speaking of which...I better get in the shower and finish getting ready...they'll be here in less than two hours to pick me up!
