It all started with a trip to get chicken feed.

Poor little Rosie!

We went to get feed on Saturday and the farm store where we get our feed has a great pet department. We always get Rosie a few things, spoiled little dog that she is. We got her a new stuffed toy. She loves them and plays with them until the stuffing is coming out. We regularly have to throw the old ones out and replace them with new and more exciting toys. I was almost out of her bacon treats, so we got her a bag of those too. Then we saw them!!! The pet Halloween costumes! I just HAD to buy the chicken costume!! How cool is that! Anyway, Rosie wasn't too thrilled and could barely walk with it on (she thought she was bound up or something). I got some photos before we took the costume off of her. We'll put it on a time or two before Halloween and she'll wear it to greet the neighborhood kids. She barks at them like crazy as they come to the door, but this will give the kids quite a kick!
