Mary Engelbreit Her art is so sweet, innocent and it’s what I want to do someday when I start writing kids books. (In my dotage)
This is an old one from my sister…it’s a magnet that lives on my fridge.
“Life is just a chair of bowlies.”

This is one from my fridge too. “Everyone needs their own Spot.”

Wish I had this one in my garden! Maybe I can find one. “Happiness must be grown in one’s own garden.”

An inspirational thought. “Life, put your heart in it.”

One of my most favorites. “It’s good to be Queen”

I'm going to make Monday my "favorite artist" blog day. I will present my faves, in no particular order, just for the fun of it! Hey, I gotta do something to get thru this Blog365!
Thought for the day...
"Life is just a chair of bowlies"

I'm a big ME fan from way back. I first saw one of her cards in a JC Penny store back in 1982, and was hooked. Emily had a ME room as a child. I've saved every wall calendar since 1988. I have her desk calendar on my workstation, so I see her art and sayings everyday. Some framed prints around the house. Let's see...a favorite? Too many. Bloom where you're planted? I'm glad we have this in common!
ReplyDeleteOh I LIKE favorite artist Monday Gin! Great idea and I love the ones you shared today.
ReplyDeleteGreat idea, Ginni! I'm looking forward to seeting more from your collection! I have a friend who paints furnishings and decorations in the ME style. Her house is so charming.
