Well not actually rotten, just really really ripe! I buy bananas every week but we never ever ever eat all of them and we end up throwing a lot of them away....especially in the summertime when I hate having the oven on, heating up the house. But Andy loves my banana bread and yesterday, seeing as how the weather was okay for baking, I made a couple loaves out of the 4 ripe bananas we had leftover.
Now this is the mark of true love. Baking banana bread for the man I love, when I can't eat any because of my diet! This must be serious love!
